ONE COMMON LANGUAGE.

VALVEO, that is Simon Beyer and Willi Weis. Together, they bring more than 30 years of experience in the logistics sector and more than 50 years of experience in the real estate sector to the table. Two personalities, with one common language, who developed and led the logistics and industrial investment division of one of the industry’s leading players. They can negotiate in German, English, or Spanish, according to the project requirements.

In 2019, after many years of successful collaboration, Simon Beyer and Willi Weis co-founded VALVEO.

Simon Beyer

studied industrial engineering, with a focus on civil engineering, and began working for several construction and real estate companies during his studies in Berlin and Spain. In 1999 he moved to Frankfurt/Main, Germany, where he worked for a leading real estate service provider, including in valuation and consulting, and ultimately as a team leader responsible for industrial and logistics investments.

Willi Weis

studied at the European Business School and launched his career in the sales and financing department of a construction and development company. Since 2000 he has been in Frankfurt/Main, where he assumed leadership roles at renowned real estate companies, each with a focus on industry and logistics, including the establishment of a nationwide investment team with 20 employees.

Simon Beyer
